The CIFP HOSTELERÍA LHII, commonly known as Gamarra School of Hospitality, is a public and free vocational training center established in 1988. The school offers training programs for entry-level, intermediate, and advanced degrees in the Hospitality and Food Industries. Its mission is to provide students with comprehensive, high-quality education that supports their future professional and personal growth and enables them to adapt effectively to the demands of an ever-changing society.

For the students’ learning, trainers use active and collaborative methodologies, such as the ETHAZI model of high-performance cycles based on ‘learning by doing’. This model contributes to developing the potential and abilities of our students, putting them at the center of their learning process.

 

 

 

Usak Ascilar ve Lokantacilar Esnaf ve Sanatkar Odasi

 

Founded to safeguard the rights and interests of chefs, cooks, and restaurateurs in Uşak, the Uşak Aşçılar ve Lokantacılar Esnaf Odası (Uşak Chamber of Chefs and Restaurateurs) is a dynamic semi-governmental, non-profit occupational organisation with a membership of approximately 500 professionals. The chamber is dedicated to supporting the social and professional development of its members while simultaneously contributing to the promotion and preservation of the rich culinary heritage of Uşak, both within Türkiye and internationally.

Mission and Objectives:

The primary mission of the Chamber is to protect the commercial rights of its members, ensuring that their business interests are represented. However, beyond this, the Chamber plays a pivotal role in the professional and personal growth of its members, offering various training programs, workshops, and courses tailored to meet the evolving needs of the culinary industry.

 

 The Association of Rheumatic Patients from Banat (Asociatia pacientilor cu reumatism din Banat AREBA) is a nonprofit organization established in 2018, dedicated to supporting rheumatic patients and improving their quality of life.

AREBA’s mission is to educate and promote a healthy lifestyle, improving health in patients with rheumatism through regular activities, physical activity and sport.

Our activities are addressed to rheumatic patients, disadvantaged or underprivileged persons, and socially marginalized persons registered in the association.

In delivering this mission, AREBA undertakes a range of programs and initiatives relevant to this project’s overarching objectives.

  1. Support education: Educational workshops for patients and their families regarding the disease, its evolution, and therapeutic intervention;
  2. Information: Permanently informing patients about the importance of regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle;
  3. Social integration: Socializing and reducing the isolation of elderly people with rheumatism, by facilitating their participation in a series of activities carried out within the association;
  4. Training: Movement therapy, dance, physical exercise.
